Responsibilities
Expertise in installing, configuring, and administering all Siebel versions (including the latest release)
Strong skills in performance tuning, SARM analysis, and FDR/crash diagnostics
Ability to manage daily operational tasks such as SRF deployment, RR migration, non-replication deployments, and log sharing
Proficiency in monitoring Siebel environments and implementing corrective actions
Hands-on experience with Siebel upgrades from pre-IP17 versions to the latest release
Comprehensive understanding of Siebel architecture (both pre-IP17 and post-IP17)
Administration of data quality tools (installation, configuration, integration) such as IIR and EDQ
Capability to train and lead teams in support and operational setups
Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, ELK, GIT installation, and configuration)
Knowledge of setting up Siebel infrastructure and performing cloud migrations (Lift & Shift)
Certifications in Siebel, Cloud technologies, and DevOps
Server administration skills for both Windows and Linux environments

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years in role
Expertise in installing, configuring, and administering all Siebel versions (including the latest release)
Strong skills in performance tuning, SARM analysis, and FDR/crash diagnostics
