Morgan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join Kia of Port Charlotte, a rapidly growing car dealership. The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing lender relationships, and ensuring ethical practices in financing and leasing processes.

Automotive

Responsibilities

Coordinate the approval process for all loans
Develop and maintain strong lender relationships
Oversee contracts in transit
Manage and train F&I producers
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Sells financing and other available products
Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
Converts cash & outside lien deals to finance
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Works with Sales Management team to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees
Other duties may be assigned

Required

Previous experience as a Finance Manager required, 3 years proven track record is Required
Knowledge of dealership funding
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
