InternCareer Launch Tech Initiative (CLTI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved individuals with technology and training for career development. They are seeking a mission-driven Business Development Intern to gain experience in nonprofit business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising while contributing to CLTI's mission.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential corporate, foundation, and nonprofit partners
Assist with drafting partnership proposals, outreach emails, and presentations
Support fundraising and donor cultivation efforts
Research and track grant opportunities, deadlines, and application requirements
Maintain and update partner and donor databases
Collaborate with leadership on reports and presentations for funders and partners
Participate in regular virtual team meetings and provide progress updates
Qualification
Required
Passionate about CLTI's mission and committed to social impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable conducting research and outreach
Preferred
Prior experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit work is a plus (but not required)
Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals encouraged to apply
