Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals
Create and execute store-specific sales and brand plans
Manage territory budgets including travel, expenses, and freelance spend
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing freelance teams and Beauty Advisors/Coordinators (where applicable)
Ensure visual merchandising consistency and uphold brand standards across all doors
Complete all administrative requirements on time, including calendars, expenses, and event recaps
Execute launch plans and marketing initiatives effectively
Maintain a strong understanding of Ulta Beauty operations and best practices
Train and educate store teams on product knowledge, new launches, and top initiatives
Develop and maintain a call cycle to ensure consistent and comprehensive territory coverage

Required

Minimum 1 year experience as an Account Executive or in-field beauty sales role, preferably with Ulta Beauty
Proven track record of achieving personal and territory sales goals
Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and organizational skills
Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to change
Hands-on, organized, and proactive problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours per day (with breaks)
Must spend 100% of time in the field/in-store selling
Space in your home to store approximately two (2) 9"x12"x6" boxes
Ability to travel as needed
