Marketing & Recruiting Intern
Hays Electrical Services is a company with over 18 years of experience providing excellent service in various industries. They are seeking a Marketing & Recruiting Intern to support high-volume hiring through social media, job boards, and content creation.

Responsibilities
Support high-volume recruiting through active candidate sourcing
Manage and update job postings in JazzHR or other ATS experience
Source candidates using: Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, Other job boards and social platforms as needed
Create and post recruiting-related content aligned with the company’s employer brand
Monitor inbound applicants and candidate messages
Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and pipeline management
Track sourcing activity and maintain organized records
Qualification
Required
Interest in marketing, recruiting, communications, or human resources
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms used for recruiting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Spanish language skills (spoken and/or written) a plus
Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, HR, or recruiting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR
Basic content creation skills for recruiting posts
