Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance domain
Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
