Responsibilities
Lead corporate forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting
Build financial models and KPI dashboards for ecommerce + marketing (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion)
Partner with business leaders to evaluate digital investments and guide strategic decisions
Deliver executive-ready insights tying digital performance to company-level results
Manage and develop a small team of analysts
Improve processes, reporting, and data integration across finance and digital teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years Corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience (retail/ecommerce helpful)
Strong understanding of digital KPIs and ecommerce models
Advanced Excel + strong financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience with analytics tools (Google/Adobe Analytics) and ERP systems (SAP a plus)
