Responsible for all machinery maintenance
Responsible for all building maintenance including plumbing & electrical
Repair equipment breakdowns
Responsible for the installation and/or relocation of equipment
Responsible for all carpentry and construction work
Operate appropriate equipment needed to complete the project at hand
Responsible for needed preventive maintenance
Submit PO's for purchase of needed material
Qualification
Required
Must speak, read and write the English language
Must have H. S. Diploma or GED
Must have 4-7 years related experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and lift up to 10 pounds
Is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel

Works in moderate noise levels
Be able to lift heavy machine parts
Be able to climb ladders at various heights
Be able to operate various personnel lifts
Be certified forklift operator
Preferred
Prefer trade school graduate or equivalent experience
Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills
