Lead Systems Analyst, Digital Transformation & Technology
Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to transform their financial processes. This role focuses on Corporate Financial Reporting and Corporate Customer Billing, requiring collaboration between the Digital Transformation & Technology and Financial Services departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
For a large system, responsible for defining requirements, identifying technical solutions, execution of technical tasks, creation of documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communication with functional partners
May make decisions related to vendor management, budgeting, negotiate contracts, and planning
Support and troubleshoot high complexity and/or business impacting issues and assist other team members with lower complexity issues
May also support the work of more junior people on the broader team and communicate with functional partners or vendors related to assigned areas of work
Regularly assist with upgrades, perform backups, identify customizations, and speak into the lifecycle of the systems within area of responsibility
Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for the definition and execution of an 'operational excellence' strategy for one's scope of responsibility
Understand all aspects of system including how they interact with and/or impact other systems or business processes
Define strategy, lifecycle, and design decisions for system
Lead project teams and use system and technical knowledge to implement functionality
Influence the direction of areas of responsibility and consistently make significant contributions and some decisions towards vision, strategy, and design
Influence the enterprise in a specific functional area through specific role experience and deep systems knowledge in a given domain
Own the strategic relationship with the functional and technical partners on systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant work experience
Light coding experience (e.g: python)
System implementation experience
Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent personal and relational intelligence
Strong decision-making skills
Strong team collaboration skills
