Responsibilities

Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients

With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow

Process payment transactions

Appropriately schedule appointments and surgeries

Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members

Ensure excellent customer service is provided to our clients

Qualification

Veterinary experienceCustomer serviceCommunication skillsComputer literacyMulti-line phone system

Required

1 year customer service experience required

Enjoys connecting with people and has exemplary customer service skills

Excellent communication skills, both orally and written

Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems

Comfortable utilizing a multi-line phone system

Experience in a clinical veterinary setting strongly preferred
