Responsibilities

Identify stakeholders, gather business and technical requirements, and develop a project plan for the Veracity team. The project should be broken into phases, and within each quarter the scope will be further broken down into Epics/User Stories within Jira

Set and manage project timelines, scope of work, and coordination between teams

Review and approve Veracity system architecture, data models, APIs, and general functionality of the system to ensure it meets the needs of our team

Must be able to identify gaps between LMS functionality and Veracity and architect viable solutions

Develop validation rules and oversee testing of new system, including testing data quality, data mappings, and data transformations

Product/Program Management – experience leading a full lifecycle project including driving requirements, design, build, testing, cutover planning, and go-live execution

Jira – break down project work into user stories for developers

Industry expertise in ABF and mortgage servicing – settlements, remittances/cash consolidation, servicing workflows, etc

Strong technical architecture knowledge – ability to design solutions to migrate from legacy to new platforms

Good communication skills and change management abilities – align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness of new platform
