They are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy to provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through assessment, monitoring, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities

Assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-endoscopy procedures
Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including education and consent verification
Administer medications and moderate sedation per policy and physician orders
Monitor and document patient vital signs, responses, and condition throughout procedures
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures as needed
Provide post-procedure recovery care and patient discharge education
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and clinical team members
Participate in quality improvement, training, and competency activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Current RN licenseEndoscopy procedural experienceCurrent BLS certificationACLS certificationClinical judgmentCommunication skillsTeamwork skills

Required

Graduate of an accredited RN program
Current RN license (unencumbered)
Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)
Endoscopy procedural experience
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
