Responsibilities
Develop and execute events and promotional strategies that amplify Phoenix Consulting Group’s brand and service offerings
Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for live and virtual events—including trade shows, community activations, workshops, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event content, promotional materials, and messaging
Drive audience engagement through targeted social media, email marketing, and partner outreach
Track and report on event performance and campaign ROI
Build strong relationships with vendors, venues, partners, and sponsors
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer facing, events marketing, promotions, or related field
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with a passion for crafting memorable brand experiences
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
