Responsibilities

You develop the Federal Strategy for HCPs and patients and build an effective messaging platform to drive adoption of Dexcom G7 15 Day
You develop, execute, and monitor Omnichannel marketing efforts—including personal (Federal Field Sales) and non-personal (media) initiatives—to support our Federal strategy
You support in-office interactions, including patient education that incorporates health literacy principles
You lead market research initiatives to better understand the needs of our veterans and federal employees
You work as part of a dynamic, high‑functioning, cross‑collaborative team to ensure awareness and alignment across the organization
You manage marketing budget tracking and reporting
You manage the formal medical, legal, and regulatory process to ensure all marketing tactics are compliant and aligned with our standards and guidelines
You partner with other functions, external agencies, and business partners to leverage all connection points and drive toward shared business goals

Required

You bring previous experience in both Patient and HCP marketing
You operate as a self‑starter who can work independently in white space
You enjoy working in a high‑performing team dynamic
You are action‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency
You communicate effectively and have a passion for connecting with people
You have deep knowledge of transforming insights into actionable plans that elevate the business
You are passionate about driving brand value and ensuring accountability for results
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

Preferred

You have prior experience in Federal marketing (preferred, but not required)
