Build, productize, and support AI solutions around NetSuite

Ship reusable IP/accelerators, demos, and enablement content

Integrate AI safely with NetSuite data and operations

Provide implementation and post-go-live support that scales across industries

Qualification

Required

3–5+ years of NetSuite technical delivery with hands‑on SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, and REST integration experience

Demonstrated experience building AI‑adjacent solutions: Copilot/agents, prompt workflows, RAG over SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive content, or generative APIs; comfort with secure tool invocation and role‑based access

Familiarity with NetSuite AI surface areas (Text Enhance, AI Advisor, Generative AI API; awareness of AI‑augmented Bill Capture/Analytics)

Proven ability to produce customer‑ready demos and enablement content; strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred

Passion for AI technologies and building client solutions leveraging AI

Experience developing sales and marketing collateral for technology solutions

Experience with public speaking engagements both remotely and live

Prior work implementing a Copilot↔NetSuite agent or equivalent with secure actions and auditability

Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry (evaluation, traces, prompt/tool lifecycle); GitHub/Azure DevOps CI/CD

Understanding of Responsible AI, Copilot Enterprise guardrails, and Power Platform DLP implications for agent publishing
