Responsibilities
Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
Oversee/Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment team
Set and achieve performance goals with learners, learner’s caregivers, and treatment teams
Manage and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming
Conduct caregiver training
Aid in developing company policy and environment
Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
Oversee and maintain accurate and organized learner notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Help develop and implement staff trainings
Meet regularly with staff to notify any issues impacting learner progress and satisfaction
Review and update formal documentation and plans for funding sources and company standards of practice
Use Central Reach for data collection and reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Extensive knowledge in implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with people of all backgrounds and ages
Ability to manage a large group of individuals
Follow policies and procedures of MBS
Follow and implement HIPAA Rules and Regulations, state and federal confidentiality laws
