Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a Program Manager to operationalize the vision of the ARC for the Foothill communities. The role involves building relationships with community providers and creating new models of care to assist older persons in accessing resources while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of health and other issues affecting older adults

Knowledge of resources and social services available to older adults

Direct service provider to individuals and groups, including family caregivers

Experienced supervisor, including to student interns

Experience creating, coordinating and facilitating community partnerships

Experience in providing community group presentations and trainings

Demonstrated skills with networking and fostering collaboration

Experienced in program development, as well as project management

Working knowledge of multiple software applications, including social media
