The Academic Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Academic Achievement Coordinator, helping manage student data and communicate program information to students and parents.

Responsibilities
Entering student report cards, attendance, and other data related to Academic Programs
Managing multiple student databases, tracking student grades, tutoring, and participation
Creating reports, tables, data trackers, and summaries in excel
Preparing year over year or month over month academic data reports
Communicating academic program information to students and parents/guardians
Assisting with preparation and coordination of Snider events
Preparation and distribution of promotional materials and academic curriculum
This is a hybrid role, meaning you will work at the Snider office, Snider rinks, and virtually. The Snider office is in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Strong candidates will have experience working with children, particularly within an academic and athletic environment
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is helpful, but not mandatory
Applicants should be outgoing and ready to provide a high level of customer service
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-profile environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Successful applicants must be able to pass the PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Background Check, and FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Preferred Excel knowledge includes comfortability with common functions and formulas, nesting, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
