Responsibilities
Ideate, design, shoot, edit, and deliver assets for digital channels
Collaborate with the creative, social, and marketing teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our core audience and reflects brand values
Conceptualize and execute on content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales
Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
Keep pace with social media, AI, & design trends to apply learnings to content creation
Consistently meet or exceed deadlines
Work in a team environment and take direction from Creative Team
Qualification
Required
2+ years of shooting and creating for social media platforms (such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) at a social, digital, creative or branding agency
2+ years of professional experience in video editing
Expert in shooting and handling iPhone footage
Expert in in-app editorial design and effects
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
A passion for social culture and the evolving digital/social media environment
A passion for the fashion and jewelry industries
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Proficient with Box, Slack, and G Suite
Must be local to Los Angeles
Must be comfortable working on-site
Preferred
Graphic design experience a plus
Proficient with After Effects
Experience in shooting and handling a wide range of video files, from 4K native files to iPhone footage
Experience working with Asana or other project management software
Creative problem-solver
Positive, proactive and able to consistently exercise great judgment
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
