Responsibilities

Support the build of a Salesforce-based recruiting application using PSS and OmniStudio
Configure declarative Salesforce features during sprint cycles
Develop user stories, PBIs, process flows, and documentation for non-functional requirements
Present functional sprint demos and assist with UAT defect resolution
Contribute to Omni-enabled forms and integrations
Work across case management, portals, and lead management functionality

Required

Salesforce Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant background
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and Salesforce PSS
Strong communication and ability to collaborate in an agile delivery environment
Experience with case management and portal/experience site functionality
Ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
Must be a US Citizen and US Resident
Able to complete a Tier 1 background investigation (may increase to Tier 3)
CAC eligible
Security+ certification required by February 2026
