Responsibilities

Manage the execution of communication plans to support the growth communications strategy
Create and manage project plans and timelines to meet deadlines
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets required for campaign execution
Maintain asset library to ensure all content remains up to date
Coordinate cross-functional workflows, managing tasks and dependencies
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate potential risks to stay on schedule and within budget
Provide consistent, clear, and accurate status reports and progress updates
Lead post project reviews to refine processes and communication workflows
Support planning for community events and initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Available to travel for after-hour community events and initiatives as needed

Preferred

5+ years of experience in project management preferred
Experience using project management tools (Monday.com, Lytho, etc.)
