Responsibilities

Lead all state-level RHTP activity, from early conversations through award and implementation

Serve as the primary point of contact with state DOHs, Medicaid agencies, and rural health offices

Translate state RHTP priorities into executable programs aligned with Truentity’s model

Stand up repeatable, compliant rollout playbooks for state-by-state implementation

Ensure clean separation between grant-funded transformation work and reimbursable care delivery

Oversee timelines, milestones, reporting, and audit readiness post-award

Anticipate and manage operational risk before it becomes a state issue

Hire and develop the team required to support multi-state rollout over time

Define roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths as programs scale

Build a culture of ownership, follow-through, and calm execution under pressure

Required
