Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities across departments from initiation through delivery in a dynamic, evolving environment
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement PMO standards, governance, and best practices
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables through collaboration with internal stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while adapting to changing priorities
Liaise with third-party vendors and external partners to manage dependencies and ensure quality deliverables
Provide regular updates to leadership through status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues to senior management as appropriate
Maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, timelines, and risk assessments
Support post-project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Identify gaps in processes and proactively design solutions to improve efficiency and consistency
Serve as a change agent, championing project management methodologies across the organization
Mentor and guide teams on project delivery and PMO principles

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience
Proven experience managing large-scale projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong ability to create structure where none exist and build scalable processes
Solid understanding of Agile project principles and formal project management frameworks
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving priorities
High attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred
Project Management or ITIL certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are advantageous
