Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, clinicians, and partners
Manage scheduling, patient intake, documentation, and daily office operations
Coordinate billing activities and communicate with health insurance companies regarding authorizations and claims
Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing
Work closely with clinicians and leadership to support patient care and clinic efficiency
Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Help establish and improve office systems and workflows as the clinic grows

Required

At least one year of administrative or office management experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with medical billing and insurance coordination

Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
