Operations Assistant
Clarity Recruiting is seeking an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role involves providing administrative, operational, and coordination support across teams to ensure efficiency and smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities, including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Help track projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and general office operations
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
Provide general administrative support to leadership or operations teams
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
