Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its Denver, CO office. This associate will handle a wide range of litigation matters involving employment law issues and will be part of a diverse practice group.
Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated interesting clients
Join a diverse practice group that focuses on employment law issues, including single plaintiff discrimination/harassment matters, state and administrative charges, wage and hour matters, and class action work
Engage in various types of commercial litigation
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Colorado
Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials
The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters (commensurate with level of experience), and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as a part of a large, collaborative team
Preferred
Labor and Employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome
