Overnight Receptionist
The Grand Healthcare System is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Receptionist to support their front desk during the overnight hours. This role involves being the primary point of contact, providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff
Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Communicate with nursing and on-call staff as needed
Respond calmly to overnight situations or emergencies
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working overnight hours
Preferred
Customer service or hospitality experience
