Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems that enable autonomous decision-making and workflow automation
Integrate large language models (LLMs) into enterprise applications and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
Architect and scale backend services and APIs to support AI-driven applications and agent orchestration
Implement evaluation and optimization frameworks to measure agent performance and improve reliability through prompt engineering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, ethical AI solutions
Ensure compliance with AI governance and security standards while staying updated on emerging trends in agentic AI technologies

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on agentic systems and LLM-based applications
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
Expertise in integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows and building scalable backend architectures, preferably using AWS Bedrock and cloud-native technologies
