Responsibilities

Identifies, researches and leads pursuit of potential clients and project opportunities
Actively engages with internal Skanska team members on a routine basis
Gains understanding and use of the Skanska’s Business Development process
Understands and represents Skanska’s core values: Care for Life, Act Ethically and Transparently, Be Better Together, Commit to Customers
Participates in pursuit strategy development
Gains industry and Skanska knowledge
Writes and supports proposal process
Participates in presentation preparation and coaching
Participates in leadership in civic/community organizations
Represents Skanska in positive manner in the community
Engages in local Sales budget process
Enters and maintains accurate and timely data in SalesForce

Required
