They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow their business in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on customer engagement and sales of advanced semiconductor solutions for space applications.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers

Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy

Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events

Required

Technical degree (Electrical Engineering or related field) OR successful history of technical sales in semiconductor, aerospace, or defense markets

5-10 years of experience in technical sales within semiconductor, aerospace, or defense markets

Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management

Familiarity with space-grade components and high-reliability electronics

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Existing relationships or familiarity with key accounts: BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, Lockheed Martin

Understanding of space mission requirements (reliability and radiation TID/SEE) and radiation-hardened semiconductor technologies

Knowledge of quality standards for hybrid microcircuits and high-reliability electronics, including: MIL-PRF-38534 - U.S. Military Performance Specification for hybrid microcircuits, defining design, screening, and reliability requirements for aerospace and defense applications

ECSS-Q-ST-60-05C - European space standard for hybrid microcircuits, covering quality assurance, screening, and qualification for space missions
