WorkTrust Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead to support the first phase of an Oracle Cloud implementation. This role will serve as a senior functional expert, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Project Portfolio Management solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including project costing, billing, and financial management
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PPM solutions
Configure Oracle Cloud PPM to align with construction industry best practices
Provide functional leadership across implementation phases, including design, testing, and deployment
Support data validation, conference room pilots (CRPs), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Advise on integration touchpoints with Oracle Financials and related systems
Serve as a trusted functional advisor to the client throughout Phase 1

Required

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead
Construction industry experience is required
Strong understanding of project-driven accounting and financial processes
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM configuration and implementation
Ability to work onsite as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams
