Responsibilities
Managing the order fulfillment cycle by sourcing from hubs, branches and vendors
Communicating expectations to the customer
Ensuring product is packed and shipped properly
Answering customer calls, questions and complaints
Qualification
Required
Possess sales or customer service work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
Preferred
Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
