Responsibilities

Supporting aircraft production by ensuring the timely flow of materials and work documents
Collaborate with functional teams across Back Shops, Assembly Lines, Maintenance Hangars, and Warehouses to resolve challenges
Optimize processes and maintain production schedules
Address material shortages
Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor

Qualification

Required

Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar tools)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
Yellow or Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma
Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions
Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of problems through resolution
Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
