Responsibilities
Design and develop Appian BPM applications, including key components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployment
Configure and implement case management services within Appian to meet business requirements
Manage CICD pipelines and ensure smooth integration using tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket
Work independently on Jira stories and deliver solutions within Agile Scrum sprints
Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and provide technical guidance to the team
Ensure strong documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle to maintain clarity and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred)
8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 4–5 years in Appian BPM development
Proven hands-on experience in Appian BPM including Tempo, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployment
Strong knowledge of CICD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket, with the ability to work independently in Agile Scrum environments
