Responsibilities

Own and evolve Persona’s product security foundations to protect highly sensitive identity and PII data at scale
Drive security strategy and risk decisions in partnership with product and engineering leaders, enabling rapid product development without compromising trust
Architect and scale security controls, tooling, and monitoring that are embedded across Persona’s products and core development workflows

Required

4+ years of software engineering
2+ years of product security at a fast-moving technology company
Experience securing a large Ruby on Rails application

Passion for security
