Responsibilities
Developing study plans
Engaging with customers and stakeholders
Researching system performance
Modeling scenarios
Executing trade studies
Defining measures of effectiveness
Analyzing results
Delivering briefings and reports
Supporting cross-business area simulations
Supporting virtual events
Supporting wargaming activities
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Experience or proficiency in operations research, systems engineering, applied mathematics, strategic modeling and simulation (e.g., AFSIM), data analytics, and technical communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated technical leader who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment
Preferred
Military operational experience
Experience with AFSIM modeling and simulation tools, techniques, and methodologies
Experience with programming languages such as R, MATLAB, or Excel VBA
Modeling & Simulation experience, including familiarity with tools such as AFSIM, Cameo, or System Modeling Language (SysML)
Experience with version control systems like Git/Gitlab
Familiarity with Agile practices and execution
Experience with data visualization and analysis tools
