Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Perform community sales activities be effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (From formal inquiry to move in)
Works with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly
Establish relationships with the outside referral sources in the community through face to face meetings on an on-going basis

Required

Sales experience required
Must be highly organized, focused, and motivated to work
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Proficient computer skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus
Promote Spectrum in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior
Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
