Lindgren Landscape is an award-winning landscape design/build/maintain company serving Northern Colorado since 1995. They are looking for a Landscape Designer to handle the design and sales of residential landscape projects, requiring strong design and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meets with clients to design projects, sell installation projects maintains collections and client relations

Prepares site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects

Regularly visit construction sites to ensure client’s vision is implemented. Responsible for all client relations prior, during and after the design build process

Generating plans in CAD and generating 3D models

Create submittals for estimating and production

Create and process change orders. Assist with project close-out

Create construction details and dimensioning

Respond to sales inquiries and requests by phone, electronically or in person

Track and analyze sales. Actively pursue new sales opportunities

Research materials and techniques as required

Communicates and collaborates with clients, builders, sub-contractors, vendors, and co-workers promptly and courteously

Assist with other duties as assigned
