Responsibilities

Engage with members across multiple channels, clearly explaining the benefits of Vibe’s products and services and tailoring recommendations to their goals
Identify member needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions or well‑reasoned alternatives that build trust
Assist with transactions, online banking questions, loan inquiries, debit/credit card issues, and account adjustments
Build relationships and recommend products that align with members’ financial objectives, documenting referrals and outcomes
Process new memberships and guide members through savings accounts, CDs, and lending products from application to funding
Serve as the first line of defense against fraud by monitoring accounts, validating identity, and executing security protocols
Help members troubleshoot browsers, mobile apps, multi‑factor authentication, and online banking tools
Participate in cross‑sell programs and consistently meet established sales, service, quality, and productivity goals
Follow BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD requirements daily; accurately document interactions and escalate risk when appropriate
Act as an escalation point for complex issues; exercise sound judgment aligned with credit union policies and member impact
Keep your manager informed, share trends and member feedback, and support marketing promotions by highlighting new products and services
Meet all established sales and service goals
