Responsibilities

Review and reconcile backlog work orders
Complete assigned tasks and action items in a timely manner
Track progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate status updates and issues to relevant stakeholders
Accept and manage additional work order lists as assigned
Reviewing and processing backlog work orders
Updating trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
Communicating with other coordinators and internal stakeholders
Working independently while reaching out to team members as needed for clarification or support

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented and adaptable
Customer service experience is a plus
Experience in the power or utility industry is a plus, but not required
Experience with work order management is beneficial
No specific education requirement; relevant work experience preferred
