Responsibilities

Manage One Stop Permits for Landscaping activities; including plan reviews, revision requests, agreements and letters of obligation

Manage Beautification Grant permit Program; including plan and application reviews, processing, and JPAs

Lead and Manage Transportation Landscape Architecture Projects from inception through Construction Administration

Lead design reviews, project meetings, design charettes and brainstorming sessions with the team

Manage the development of design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, renderings, and other graphic presentation materials

Research, analyze and interpret safety criteria, land development and tree preservation codes, maintenance standards, and plan formatting requirements

Manage the preparation of technical drawing submittals for all phases of the design process

Participate in construction observation including on-site landscape inspections, reviewing and processing of RFIs and submittals, and coordination with contractors and equipment suppliers

Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, organizations, and other activities

Assist with landscape related inquiries
