Area Sales Manager
KESTREL Vision is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves developing relationships with key decision-makers, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Represent Tiama to customers throughout North America, managing all sales and account activities
Implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all customer levels
Prospect, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
Track all sales activities in company systems, from lead generation through order fulfillment
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Monitor proposal status, order progress, and payment completion
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
Travel: Approximately 25-50% travel; primarily domestic with occasional international
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a high-technology or industrial environment
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in a multicultural environment
Preferred
Experience in the glass container industry a distinct plus
French or Spanish fluency a plus
