Proactively generate new sales and business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients (businesses, organizations, teams, creators, etc.)
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and decoration methods
Work closely with our manager and production team to ensure smooth order execution and delivery
Manage leads, follow-ups, and ongoing client relationships
Qualification
Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and comfortable managing multiple clients
Sales experience preferred, but we value hustle and industry knowledge just as much
Preferred
Prior experience in custom apparel, printing, embroidery, screen-printing, DTG/DTF, or promotional products sales
Existing industry contacts or a book of business
Understanding of apparel types, decoration methods, and pricing structures
