COMMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Reading Rock Inc is focused on managing projects and processes related to RockCast and Residential Building Materials. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project data, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring project documentation is maintained accurately.

Responsibilities
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and performance standards in the operations department
Accurately and promptly manage project data in Reading Rock ERP systems and maintain thorough tracking systems and accurate project files
Primary point of contact for all project related communication needs and documentation. This includes communication with customers, sales staff, engineering, estimating, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and accounting
Facilitate and manage drawing requests, RFI’s, and detailed information with Technical Services, and proactively manage the drawing approval process as it relates to RockCast
Facilitate and manage sample requests, RFI’s, and detailed information with Purchase Order Accuracy, Coordination with Installation Department and Distribution Logistics, and proactively manage the process from Purchase Order to invoice reconciliation as it relates to Building Materials
Responsible for entering and reviewing customer orders to ensure accuracy of material, pricing, scope of supply, as well as verification of customer purchase orders and need dates
Aggressively identify aging inventory and close the loop on all outstanding orders
Utilize opportunities to continuously gain market share for the division through efficient sample processing and customer service excellence
Manage all relevant internal project documentation including approvals, credits, billing changes, freight bills, etc., according to Reading Rock procedures; assist with expediting receivables and minimize expense costs associated with collections
Report through the CCF process any project issues and if required, enlist vendors
For Building Materials, when required, assist in customer interaction at the Selection Center or incoming phone call activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-year Degree preferred or experience in a related construction type field. I.E. Masonry or lumber
Construction, Building or Project Management Preferred; ERP; Understanding of Construction Administration and submittal/approval process
Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language
MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project
