Area Sales Manager
Fassino Group is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead their B2B business development efforts in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. This field-based sales role focuses on building relationships with real estate professionals and enhancing the company's brand presence through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
Manage a home-based territory with daily field travel in Kansas City
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and offices
Host in-office presentations, lunch-and-learns, and attend real estate events and conventions
Act as a knowledgeable resource for home warranty products and services
Track sales activity, outreach, and performance metrics in CRM software
Qualification
Required
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Confident speaking to groups and leading presentations
Experience managing a pipeline in CRM software
Highly self-motivated, organized, and energized by field-based work
