InternFargo Park District is seeking two individuals to assist the Events Department in planning, facilitating, and supervising community events. The role involves working on various events that can draw from a few hundred to thousands of attendees, with responsibilities varying week to week.

Responsibilities
Facilitating community events independently; supervising staff members, preparing required materials, etc
Completing projects as directed by the Event Supervisors to prepare for large-scale events
Working in partnership with other departments to ensure all parties involved in an event are working towards the same goal
Qualification
Required
Experience with team management and supervision
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to actively participate as a team member on projects
Ability to work independently
Ability to be flexible and meet deadlines
Preferred
Candidates seeking a degree in the field of Tourism and Hospitality or a similar field are preferred
