Responsibilities
Work closely with current Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Development & Engineering (D&E) and other X-sector teams within ASML
Contribute to the engagement of stakeholders through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concern and reacting to these by arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment
Support communication and escalation channels, securing seamless collaboration and operational execution
Help to achieve specific performance goals which may involve working to improve established Sourcing procedures. Also includes the introduction and industrialization of new products and/or services
Use data from a wide range of ASML and other resources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business
Provide input in support of supplier or cluster/category strategy development
Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Operations / Finance / Business Management or related field with junior level standing or above
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
Can learn and apply new information or skills
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents
Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
