Associate Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
Validate conceptual design problems by performing trade studies, detailed analysis and simulation models
Contribute to product development through participation in the integration and test of components
Contribute to the creation, development and management of requirements databases and interface control documents
Create concise reports and proposal write-ups that describe the design decisions and analysis results
Contribute to the preparation of successful proposals. Contributions to include verification and validation approaches, component level design requirements, requirements compliance assessment and technical write-ups
Manage assigned work within authorized budget and schedule
Operate as a contributing member of in a team of creative, independent individuals
Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its strong technical reputation
Qualification
Required
Master of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering or Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering plus 1-3+ years of experience in a design / development engineering role/internship is required
Proven general capabilities/competencies in Adaptability, Decision Making, Initiating Action, and Communication
The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access to U.S. export-controlled information
