Responsibilities
Provide strategic, capacity-building support focused on funding strategy and organizational sustainability
Design a clear funding mix
Develop a 12–24 month sustainability roadmap
Strengthen readiness for institutional and corporate partners
Clarify priorities and align funding approaches with the program model
Create a decision-making framework for leadership beyond the engagement
Qualification
Required
Strategic advisory support experience focused on funding model design and sustainability planning
Ability to design a clear funding mix
Experience developing sustainability roadmaps for organizations
Experience working with institutional and corporate partners
Ability to clarify priorities and align funding approaches with program models
Experience creating decision-making frameworks for organizational leadership
Understanding of reentry programming and its impact on justice-involved individuals
Ability to strengthen partnerships with justice-system stakeholders
Experience in organizational capacity-building
Ability to provide high-quality services and maintain long-term relationships with participants
