Sales Manager
National Pavement Partners, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee a team of high-performing sales professionals. This role focuses on driving team performance, coaching individual growth, and ensuring milestone targets are consistently met, particularly with high-value clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the asphalt industry to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer presentations for complex projects
Work closely with operations, dispatch, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure successful delivery and performance
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
Mentor and support sales representatives, assisting with deal structuring and customer relationship management
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience of 5+ years in a sales manager role in the construction industry required
Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
Familiarity with construction project timelines, bid processes, and job site operations
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented
Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at a time
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
Preferred
Experience in asphalt and concrete sales is highly preferred
